We work very hard and do our best to make sure you will fall in love with the piece or pieces you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes, sizing is not right or you just do not love the color or piece you received so We will happily offer you an exchange (1 time).

Buyer has 15 days to send the unworn piece back in case of an exchange Please note buyer pays for any applicable shipping and border fees.
In order to return merchandise from AidaCoronado.com a Return Authorization Request must be made. Return requests are to be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping & return shipping charges for exchanges unless the exchange or return is the result of an error on our part.
It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via a method that provides tracking information. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. We can not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost or mishandled. Please also note that we cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
